This was my first experiment in dissecting a roving. A rainbow Corriedale from Winderwood. 4 oz. about 200 yds of 13 wpi light worsted weight. Although the skeins look very different, they go together well, just enough of the light green in both. Magic. The singles and ply are almost perfectly balanced too which isn't a common occurrence here. I have only tried Navajo plying once on the wheel and found it stressful. It's certainly tedious on the spindle. This is a fun alternative.
